Introduction
Double color EVA foam injection molding machine is designed to use EVA as raw material to produce two color soles and various kinds of EVA foaming products.

Features
1. Injection System
Controlled under PLC and PC systems, it uses a potentiometer to work out the accurate quantity of material needed. Two color EVA injection moulding machine applies linear rails and immediate-brake motor drive to promise rapid movement of infectors. The location machine can measure the accurate location with rotary encoder.
2. Mould Closing System
Double color EVA foam injection molding machine works rapidly in mould opening/closing system. Mould closing system is assured to proceed in a hermetic unit. Machine is designed in low operation height to make it flexible to use different moulds.
3. Controlling System
Two color EVA injection moulding machine applies human-computer interaction interface and touch screen on basis of windows operation system. It realizes real-time controlling in producing process, including material rotate speed, injection quantity, infection time, injection temperature, sulfuring time and productivity. In PLC and PC controlling system, it is functionally clear and operationally easy.
4. Oil Hydraulic System
Double color EVA foam injection molding machine applies proportional control valve to control oil pressure and flow.
5. Energy Saving
The heating plate is made from efficient thermal insulation material and works in water-free condition. 
6. Two Production Patterns
Two color EVA injection moulding machine can work in both single color pattern and double color pattern.
