Introduction
Air blowing injection machine is mainly composed of clamping system, injection system, controlling system, hydraulic system and disk feeder. In terms of mould height difference, it can be divided into type A and type B blowing shoes injection equipment. A type has short cylinder stroke, and shoe mould in it should be higher than 135 mm. While B type has long cylinder stroke, minimum shoe mold height is only 50 mm, so type B air blowing injection machine can produce thin soles. Double proportional hydraulic controlling system is applied to stabilize its functions and increase quality of shoe products.

(1) Air blowing injection machine is multifunctional in production of plastic shoes and soles. It can apply various materials (PVC, TPR etc.) to make various shoes, including sandals, slippers, sneakers and rain boots, etc.
