Introduction
Shoe making machine is a set of equipments to produce various shoes, footwear accessories and shoe soles. According to final products, shoe injection machines can be divided into EVA injection moulding machine, rain boot machine, PVC air blowing machine, upper and strap machine, sole machine, slipper injection machine and sandal injection molding, etc.

Features
1. Injection System
Shoe making machine is controlled under PLC and PC systems. A potentiometer can work out expected material quantity accurately through counting mechanism.
2. Mould Closing System
Shoe injection machine works rapidly in an open-and-close system and its mould closing system is working in a hermetic unit.
3. Controlling System
In windows operation system, shoe making machine is controlled by human-computer interaction and touch screen. It realizes real-time controlling, including controlling on material rotate speed, injection quantity, infection time, injection temperature, sulfuring time and productivity. PLC and PC controlling system makes operations clear and easy.
4. Oil Hydraulic System
Shoe making machine applies proportional control valve to control oil pressure and flow.
5. Energy Saving
During injection, oil pressure is frequently changing. Unlike traditional way in which power waste is serious, our shoe injection machine has three dynamos to work together to control the injection and switch. Besides, it applies water-free heating plates made from thermal insulation.
