(1) Controlled under PLC and PC systems, sole machine uses a potentiometer to work out accurate material quantity with help of counting mechanism.
(2) On basis of windows operation system, sole molding machine applies human-computer interaction interface and touch screen to control production procedures. It meets real-time operation on material rotate speed, injection quantity, injection time etc.
(3) Sole machine applies proportional control valve to control oil pressure and flow.
(4) Mould opening and closing are fast. Mould is sealed well when it is closed.
