Slipper Shoes Injection Machine

Introduction
Slipper injection moulding machine is specialized in production of single/double color EVA/PVC/TPR/RB slippers, sandals and soles of sneakers and sandals. Slipper injection machine has four types, namely ZZ9106 EVA / ZZ724A PVC air blowing injection moulding machine, ZZ712S PVC crystal shoes injection machine, ZZ612S TPU shoes injection machine.


Features
1. Injection System
Slipper injection machine is controlled under PLC and PC systems. With counting mechanism, it can work out accurate quantity of material needed by a potentiometer.
2. Mould Closing System
Slipper injection moulding machine works well with efficient mould opening/closing system and its mould closing system is in a hermetic unit.
3. Controlling System
It works with human-computer interaction interface and touch screen in windows operation system. Slipper injection moulding machine realizes real-time controlling, including controlling on material rotate speed, injection quantity, infection time, injection temperature, sulfuring time and productivity. PLC and PC controlling system makes slipper injection machine functionally clear and operationally easy.
4. Oil Hydraulic System
Slipper injection moulding machine applies proportional control valve to control oil pressure and flow.
5. Energy Saving
The slipper injection machine applies a metering pump. During injection, oil pressure is frequently changing. Because single dynamo constantly keeps working to maintain the low pressure in traditional way, power waste is serious. But this orthostichous slipper injection moulding machine has three dynamos to work together to control injection procedure and switch function. Besides, it applies water-free heating plates made from thermal insulation.
