ZZ9106 Single Color EVA Foam Injection Machine

Introduction
One color EVA injection molding machine is equipped with two full-automatically efficient injectors, high-performance mould clamping system and PC control system. Using EVA as raw material, the injection moulding machine can produce soles and various kinds of EVA foaming products.

Features
1. Mould closing system of one color EVA injection moulding machine is designed in rapid open-close way and drove by hydro-pneumatic power. The injection moulding machine has four oil cylinders to equilibrate itself. Pressure for working can reach to 200T.
2. With net-based management, one color EVA foam injection molding machine can be controlled long-distantly. Through industrial PC and PLC, whole controlling system displays powerfully in production.
3. Highly responsive proportional control valve is applied in injection system. Injectable fuel-pump is used to keep high accuracy (2‰ ±) to promise high quality and efficiency.
4. For high anti-jamming capacity, long-distance digital module is used to control temperature system of the one color EVA injection molding machine. High accuracy (0.3 ±) reduces size deviation caused by temperature-control failure.
5. There are two moulds in every workstation, and the two moulds work independently without affecting each other. Besides, they can be interchanged to increase productivity in flexible ways.
